Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter for cosmetic products to join our dynamic team in Rabat Morocco. As a Sales Promoter you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of beauty products while providing exceptional customer service.
- Actively engage with customers to promote and demonstrate cosmetic products
- Educate customers about product features benefits and proper usage
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product line and stay updated on beauty industry trends
- Create visually appealing product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized
- Provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking products as needed
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent product knowledge and passion for cosmetics and skincare
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in demonstrating and applying makeup and skincare products
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty-related certifications are advantageous
