Job Description
Become part of our innovative R&D team and help shape the future of cell separation technologies. As Team Coordinator Cell Separation Reagents and Applications you will combine scientific expertise with organizational skills to lead exciting development projects. Working in a collaborative and international environment you will play a key role in driving ideas forward optimizing processes and bringing groundbreaking technologies to life.
- Take the lead in developing and optimizing immunomagnetic cell separation technologies ensuring successful transfer from research into production environments.
- Coordinate daily laboratory activities by planning experiments managing resources and ensuring all processes meet our quality standards.
- Support project management by helping to plan monitor and report on work packages so that milestones are met and goals are achieved.
- Share scientific insights through presentations internal discussions and contributions to publications fostering a culture of knowledge exchange.
- Work hand in hand with interdisciplinary teamssuch as engineering production and quality controlto evaluate processes and continuously improve workflows.
Qualifications :
- You have successfully completed a PhD in biology biomedicine or a related discipline or bring equivalent experience from a comparable R&D environment.
- Experience in cell biology and immunological methods including flow cytometry and magnetic cell separation is part of your background; knowledge of bioconjugation or nanoparticle systems is a plus.
- Coordinating teams or projects feels natural to you and you enjoy combining scientific expertise with organizational skills.
- Colleagues appreciate your structured and reliable working style as well as your ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across functions.
- You are fluent in English and feel comfortable in an international setting; German language skills would be an advantage.
