Job Description

Overview:

HTeaO a thriving franchise in the tea industry is growing fast and so is our need for a passionate and organized Marketing Coordinator to help fuel that momentum! This role is at the heart of our franchise marketing operations providing hands-on support to both new and existing store locations. From coordinating grand openings and local promotions to managing customer experiences. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in the details loves process and is excited about helping local communities connect with the HTeaO brand.

Youll work cross-functionally with marketing store development operations and franchise partners to execute programs that support store success both pre- and post-opening. If youre a proactive problem solver who enjoys juggling multiple projects and cares deeply about delivering great guest experiences this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Partner & Store Support

  • Own and manage the Grand Opening Brief for all new store launches ensuring cross-functional alignment with the marketing team and consistent execution of grand opening initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for franchisees during the marketing phase of new store openings (NSOs) walking them through the kickoff process marketing calendar and all key deliverables.
  • Coordinate the execution of NSO marketing materials.
  • Attend weekly NSO status calls and coordinate across departments to ensure marketing deliverables are on track.
  • Present HTeaO marketing process to potential franchisees through monthly Tea Academy sessions.
  • Manage communication and timelines for grand opening events both internally and externally with vendors.
  • Maintain and update store listings through Yext ensuring accurate information and visibility for all locations.

Guest Experience & Customer Relations

  • Own day-to-day customer relations to help resolve tickets that come in that pertain to marketing operations loyalty program support and store experiences from guests.
  • Maintains our customer retention program through responding directly to customer communicating relevant feedback to franchisees ensuring cross functional teams are informed of common customer feedback and documenting all customer feedback.
  • Analyzes customer satisfaction to determine efficiencies in the resolution process and provide actionable insights to the marketing and operations teams.
  • Support quarterly guest experience reporting and analyze trends to recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews across all stores escalating concerns when needed.
  • Package and send customer appreciation gifts branded mail and internal swag as needed.

Local Marketing & Promotions

  • Help to build and shape the perception of HTeaO in the local market(s) and align positioning with core brand values.
  • Assist marketing and ops teams in ensuring successful rollouts of new stores products and promotions in assigned markets.
  • Support managers with strategic local store marketing efforts including signage needs printing and distributing promotional marketing materials community partnerships and tactics to drive traffic.
  • Coordinate custom graphic requests submitted by franchisees ensuring proper approvals timelines and alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams to align and effectively execute Local Store Marketing programs.

Project Coordination

  • Assist with office-wide marketing tasks email communications event planning and miscellaneous special projects.
  • Liaised between departments or teams ensuring effective communication and workflow.
  • Collaborate with multiple external vendors to coordinate deliverables maintain timelines and ensure alignment with brand and project goals.

Other Duties

  • As part of the marketing team participates in marketing brainstorms to develop both local and national campaigns that meet customers needs.
  • Assist with all other marketing projects and tasks on an as needed basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 12 years of relevant marketing franchise or customer experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills; highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Friendly energetic and collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Passionate about creating great experiencesfor both guests and franchise partners.
