This is a full-time on-site (Cassina De Pecchi) role as a Customer Success Manager (CMS) located in Milan. As a CMS you will be responsible for launching projects for our clients and managing client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
Your Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in project management and client relations particularly in handling large-scale deals.
Skills: Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. PMP) are a plus.
Language: Proficiency in English and Italian.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software project management tools and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities
Relationship and Client/Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners suppliers and regulatory authorities to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Participate in online and offline activities in Italy and internationally.
Delivery and Leading Projects for Key Company Clients
Communicate with OMNIC delivery team and client delivery team to ensure project delivery within the confirmed scope time and budget.
Monitor project progress address issues promptly and maintain transparent communication with all parties involved.
Business Process Optimization (Project Delivery)
Identify optimization opportunities within project delivery processes.
Integrate optimization goals into project objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for incremental changes.
Monitor and measure performance and customer satisfaction rates.
Documents and Agreements
Ensure invoices are sent promptly and acceptance documents are signed.
Maintain all project documentation in compliance with Italian legislation.
Team Leadership and Development
Provide strong leadership to department heads and teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop talent within the organization through coaching mentoring and training initiatives.
