Are you a hands-on Engineer with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service Do you have solid experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering and a strong understanding of pump systems If so wed love to hear from you.
Whats the role about
As aField Service Engineerat Grundfos youll be at the forefront of maintaining repairing and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team youll ensure our customers receive timely professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.
Youll be responsible for:
- Programing and optimizing our products to the customers requirements.
- Disassembling inspecting troubleshooting and repairing pump systems
- Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions
- Handling service and warranty matters with support from technical teams
- Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
- Supporting installations and commissioning projects
- Executing maintenance services under SLAs
- Providing feedback and input for repair quotations
- Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools
- Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments
What do you need to apply
Were looking for someone with:
- Industry experience or a similar technical environment
- Strong knowledge of pump technology
- Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience with diesel engines (desirable)
- A proactive adaptable mindset with strong time management
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
- A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
- Digital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systems
Youll act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers helping to deliver outstanding service and support.
