About the Role

Duties

• Prepare cold foods and ingredients for cooking (weighing measuring mixing portioning chopping and storing food)
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist establishing priority items
• Monitor food quality while preparing food
• Serve food in proper portions onto dishes plates mugs and bowls ensuring proper plate appearance
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Cookery
• Im Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
