About The Opportunity

Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking aMaintenance Planner to join our Facility Management team focusing on our major Housing Contract in Karratha. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team thatis responsible for providing reactive proactive and general maintenance across the contract.

In this role you will be responsible for successfully ensuring a structured complaint and efficient asset maintenance program across our Woodside Properties contract. This role supports the data and information management of assets and provides critical oversight of asset maintenance planning and execution.

This role will be based in Burswood with regular travel to Karratha for the week (1-2 weeks a month).

Location: Burswood with travel to Karratha

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Asset Condition Assessments to assess the condition of building assets identifying defects and risks
  • Establish and manage plans relating to scheduled maintenance in line with contract requirements
  • Maintaining accurate asset and maintenance data
  • Liaise with client to ensure timely provision of services
  • Oversee technicians and subcontractors during site visits ensuring safe and timely completion of works
  • Support the operational team with the scheduling of works to meet contract requirements and resource availability.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the client and the vendors.

About You

To join our team ideally you will have previous experience in asset management or maintenance planning. Additionally you will have:

  • Previous experience in facilities management will be highly advantageous
  • Experience in undertaking asset condition assessments and data quality audits
  • Experience in the management of sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Acute attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement ability
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with CMMS/Maximo highly desired
