The Community Relations and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships conducting follow-up with past leads and building strategic partnerships to enhance our visibility and impact. This person will be the voice of warmth and professionalism that connects former clients community partners and potential leads with the firm in meaningful ways.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to former clients warm leads and referral sources to re-engage and build lasting relationships
- Provide a professional and empathetic introduction to the firm for new leads and contacts
- Maintain accurate call and meeting records in client relationship management (CRM) system
- Conduct in-person site visits to business partners within the community to strengthen outreach and foster engagement
- Attend and represent the firm at local events networking functions and community programs
- Ensure timely and professional follow-up during all outreach activities
- Nurture long-term relationships by sharing firm updates informing contacts of new services and requesting referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing and intake teams to track and enhance lead conversion
- Provide weekly reports on outreach conversion and engagement metrics
- Support planning and execution of firm-hosted events webinars and client-facing initiatives
- Reliable transportation is required; travel within Metro Atlanta is required for this role
- 3 years of experience in community engagement outreach sales customer service or marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone written and in-person)
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable with CRM tools and tracking systems
- Confident public speaker and natural relationship-builder
- Results-driven with the ability to track and report metrics
- Experience in legal healthcare nonprofit or service-based industries is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
