About the role
Based in Melbourne this full-time position is offered as a 6-month fixed term contract ideal for a marketing professional ready to make an immediate impact. As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist youll support national talent acquisition efforts by leading employer branding initiatives digital campaigns and recruitment marketing strategies across multiple channels. This is a Monday to Friday office-based role with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
Youll join a supportive team environment working closely with the National Manager Marketing (Retirement Living Residential Aged Care and Recruitment) and collaborating with People & Culture Talent Acquisition and service leaders across Australia.
Some of your main duties will include:
- Delivering recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Supporting the Careers website and ensuring employer brand consistency
- Creating engaging content and collateral to attract top talent
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing communications or similar
- Strong copywriting and digital marketing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms and campaign analytics (PageUp)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative solutions-focused and proactive approach
