Were looking for an experienced Manager to join our high-performing Revenue Operations team leading our compensation this pivotal role youll be at the heart of our sales compensation process ensuring accurate efficient and timely commission payouts. Youll leverage your expertise in commissions calculations data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to empower our sales teams and optimize our compensation strategies.

The Impact You Will Make:
Commission Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales commission process including design data validation calculation reconciliation and payout.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance and commission data to identify trends variances and opportunities for optimization. Generate insightful reports for sales leadership and finance.
System Administration: Leverage and optimize our commission calculation tools and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales leadership finance HR and other stakeholders to understand commission plan designs address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies within the commission operations function focusing on automation scalability and accuracy.
Salesforce Integration: Utilize Salesforce to extract necessary data track sales performance and ensure alignment with commission calculations.
Policy Documentation and Compliance: Contribute to the development and documentation of commission policies procedures and training materials.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Project Management: Participate in and lead projects related to commission plan changes system enhancements and process improvements.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissions operations sales analytics or sales operations with a strong focus on commissions calculations and processing.
Strong proficiency in data analysis advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUPs complex formulas) and experience with commission calculation tools/systems.
Proven ability to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders understanding their needs and translating them into operational execution.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data processing and financial calculations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex commission concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Prior experience in process improvement and project management methodologies.

The base salary range for this position is below:
New York: $
Illinois: $115200 - $120600
