Job Description
Requirements:
- 2-3years designing investor or marketing decks with proven portfolio links.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma & PowerPoint including advanced animation and master slide skills.
- Sharp eye for typography hierarchy and color usage in high-stakes presentations.
- Ability to simplify technical ideas into clean comprehensible visuals.
- Impeccable attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
- Motion graphics or video editing capabilities (Premiere AfterEffects).
- Experience working with tech founders or Web3 projects.
Responsibilities:
- Translate briefs into visually stunning presentations in both Figma and PowerPoint.
- Create original infographics iconography and data visualizations that reinforce narrative flow.
- Maintain and evolve our master slide library ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing Product and Execs to iterate swiftly on feedback.
- Optimize files for different delivery contexts (webinar stage screen PDF share).
- Keep abreast of design trends and tooling advances to continuously raise the bar.
