Job Description

About the Job: CDI Team Leader (Quezon City) Onsite
Location: Quezon City / 100% Onsite
Start ASAP

Qualifications:

Valid PHRN and USRN licenses
Bachelors degree in nursing
3 to 5 years of recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical ICU Telemetry or Emergency Department settings
Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management

Summary of Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical coding team to ensure prompt and precise documentation of medical records
Review and audit coded data to verify accuracy completeness and adherence to coding standards and payer requirements
