Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager - Retail (Cebu) Onsite
Account Type: Retail
Start Date: August 15
Support Type: Voice Support
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite in Cebu City
Shift Schedule & Rest Days: 24/7 coverage
Educational Requirement: At least 2nd-year undergraduate or college graduate
Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Team Lead in any voice line of business preferably in the retail sector
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Handling recruitment training performance appraisals scheduling and addressing employee concerns.
- Customer Relations: Engaging with customers resolving complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Operational Support: Assisting with inventory management maintaining store standards ensuring safety protocols and supporting overall business efficiency.
- Communication and Coordination: Serving as a link between management and staff by relaying information implementing policies and facilitating effective communication.
