$4000 Sign-On Bonus for Direct Care Worker - limited time only!
New pay rate! $20.00 - $21.92 based on experience
Stetson School is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. We are a residential treatment program for youth with trauma related complex behaviors currently hiring Direct Care Workers for the awake overnight shift.
Tuesday Thursday Friday & Saturday 11pm - 9am

Direct Care Professionals will:
- Engage and interact with our students promoting a positive and healing community by serving as a positive role model.
- Be a part of a therapeutic team that supports students development through individualized treatment goals.
- Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills and aid in healing trauma all the while supporting the progression of normative child and adolescent development.
- Assist with student activities such as recreational off campus trips home visits and special events.

Residential Counselors/ Direct Support Professionalsare provided apaid10-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid Crisis Prevention Intervention & Trauma-Informed Care. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 18 years old
- Minimum of HiSET/GED High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License & Good Driving Record
- Must pass Criminal DCF Abuse and Neglect Sex offender Registry and Federal
Fingerprinting background record checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work as a creative engaged dedicated member of the Stetson team.
