Job Description:


Seronda Network We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will handle a wide range of inquiries assist customers with their issues and ensure a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of products.
  • Manage customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents accurately.
  • Note all interactions in the customer database to ensure proper tracking and follow-up on all inquiries.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a call center representative or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
