Job Description

An Excellent Law firm is seeking a Real Estate and Business Transactions Attorney to join its firm. Interested in attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Transactions.

The ideal attorney will possess the ability to understand the clients business objectives and incorporate those objectives into and project those objectives in appropriate transaction documents.

How can you be considered

Must have exposure to public companies blue-chip developers national banks and other sophisticated business clients in complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions.

Must have at least 6 years of law firm experience representing entities involved in various commercial real estate and business transactions including real estate purchases and leases construction contracting and financing.

This is one of the top groups in the region with a very strong reputation of being involved in high-level transactions.

This can be a hybrid or work-remote position.

The firm welcomes those looking to relocate to the area/state
