Job Description

One of our clients who is in the Real Estate Industry is seeking a qualified Accountant with expertise in the Real Estate field to join their team in Saudi Arabia KSA.

Location: Riyadh

Years of Experience: 5 years

Education: Accountancy

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

Job Title: Accountant with Real Estate Experience Full-Time (Riyadh)

We are looking for a professional accountant to work full-time at a real estate office in Riyadh with at least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector capable of managing financial and accounting aspects with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements (monthly quarterly annually)
Recording daily journal entries and tracking weekly transactions
Preparing collection reports and linking them to real estate contracts
Managing and submitting VAT declarations via the Zakat Tax and Customs Authority
Preparing and submitting the annual Zakat declaration
Handling all general accounting tasks for the office and properties
