Context
As an Internal Communication Officer Apprentice you will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement fostering a cohesive organizational culture and strengthen the companys internal culture within the Europe perimeter. This covers 10 countries and around 30 installations (factories offices logistics centers).
This role involves crafting and disseminating clear consistent and engaging internal communications to ensure that employees are informed motivated and aligned with the region and companys goals and values.
Working under the Europe Internal Communication Manager you will collaborate closely with the Internal Communication team Corporate Communication HR and other key stakeholders to drive impactful communication campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibility and missions
- Provide communication support for internal projects and initiatives as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement
- Propose new ideas initiatives to strengthen people engagement : creation editing and distribution of impactful campaigns
- Contribute to the visibility of the plants within the region and the Group
- Production of internal communication tools such as videos newsletters emails intranet updates and internal social media posts
- Support local functions to ensure the cascading of information
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness providing recommendations for improvement.
- Participate to BG editorial committees and Internal Communications teams meetings
Skills and qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong storytelling and creativity including the ability to simplify key strategic messages to all internal audiences
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in editing tools: Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator) and video editing (PlayPlay)
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms (Sharepoint Viva Engage)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and adapt to challenges.
Education and experience
- Masters degree in Communications or equivalent (artistic direction graphic design )
