Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our customer service operation the Call Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact for our customers ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others who can handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues efficiently
- Provide detailed information about products and services
- Process orders changes and cancellations per company procedures
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
