Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with strong ownership and the ability to perform under pressure. This role involves managing complex cross-functional projects related to smart parcel locker deployments and associated IT solutions. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who can align technical operational and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Track timelines and milestones for multiple ongoing projects ensuring alignment between manufacturing IT and logistics teams
Priority Management: Identify misalignments adjust plans and maintain progress while balancing team resources
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients delivering updates and ensuring alignment (English required)
Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between departments (IT logistics support finance manufacturing) to resolve blockers
Service Escalation Support: Support the service team on escalated issues and directly manage critical service incidents impacting delivery
Agile & Capacity Oversight: Support Agile practices and flag potential team overload or capacity risks early
Financial Coordination: Manage internal finance requests to ensure timely approvals and avoid project delays
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation reports and logs of key decisions and agreements
Executive Communication: Escalate project needs assertively when required including with senior leadership
Team Feedback Loop: Gather team insights and ensure action items are implemented and followed up
Tools & Technical Proficiency
Jira Confluence
Google Workspace (Docs Sheets etc.)
Familiarity with embedded systems or IoT project workflows is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
35 years of experience in project management (preferably in IT hardware/software deployment or smart devices)
Experience with cross-functional projects involving hardware and software integration
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Certification in PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum (preferred but not mandatory)
