Job Description

What are we looking for

SentinelOne is seeking a Renewal Sales Professional to manage a book of renewal sales business in the dynamic cybersecurity industry aligned with the CEUR region. Success in this role is dependent on ability to execute an effective sales strategy provide accurate forecasts on a book of renewal business and deliver strong sales results. This includes working to build strong productive relationships with customers partners and field sales teams.

What Will You Do

  • Manage a book of renewal sales opportunities as to maximize bookings minimize churn and drive customer success
  • Manage an accurate forecast set business expectations and effectively communicate results to sales management
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities including deal assessment and validation quoting commercial negotiation and deal closure
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to insure customer retention and drive strong renewal rate performance
  • Proactively manage your individual sales funnel and assignments to ensure timely renewals
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of SentinelOnes products and offerings

What skills and experience should you bring

  • Direct Renewal Sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience working in an indirect 2 tier go-to-market model which includes channel partners managed service providers and distributors
  • Customer focused with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work professionally with individuals inside and outside the company
  • Excellent communication (verbal written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • Strives to be a good team player by sharing knowledge and best practices to increase the effectiveness of other team members
  • Ability to hit the ground sprinting in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
  • Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills
  • Fluent German and English required
