Job Description

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the legal leadership team plays a critical role in enhancing productivity for the CLOs leadership team with broad responsibilities working in NetApps fast-paced environment. This role involves managing schedules handling communications organizing meetings and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate the executives ability to lead the organization effectively. This Executive Assistant will be supporting 3 VPs: VP of Field Legal VP of Product and IP Legal and VP of Sustainability.

You handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. To be successful you will have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; analytical abilities in order to gather organize summarize and report information; and strict attention to detail in creating communications and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple complex calendars by scheduling appointments meetings and travel
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and weekly staff meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Timely communications: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications screen and prioritize incoming emails draft and edit and manage follow ups as needed
  • Handles issues and projects with strict confidentiality related to employees legal matters and company information that you may be privy to.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the executives decision-making process
  • Heavy Travel Coordination: Arranging global travel itineraries including flights accommodations and transportation while addressing and resolving travel-related issues promptly
  • Budgeting/Expense Reporting/Tracking: Monitoring and managing the executives budget and expenses preparing and processing travel expense reports accurately while keeping accurate records of expenses and ensuring they are within budget
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in productivity tools such as MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Plan and coordinate events conferences and other activities as required

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required and some travel may be necessary

Education

  • Bachelors degree in business administration communications or a related field preferred
  • 6 yearsexperience as an Executive Assistant ideally supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 95200 - 141900 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement or Pension Plans Paid Time Off (PTO) various Leave options Performance-Based Incentives employee stock purchase plan and/or restricted stocks (RSUs) with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws regulations and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
