Location:(Onsite) Stcockbridge GA
Employment Type: Full-time employment benefits and team atmosphere
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr-!!!Full time 30 hours a week
Work Schedule: Thursday- 11:00AM- 7:30 PM (Hours may change) (8 hours).
Friday- 9:30 AM-05:30 PM (8 hours)
Saturday -7:00 AM 1:00PM (6 hours)
Sunday- 7:00AM-03:30 PM (8 hours)
This is an estimated end time. The associate will be expected to stay until all assigned tasks have been completed.
Associates will also be trained and expected to perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Summary:
This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for receiving incoming mail operating the automated MPS40 mail sorter preparing mail for deliver to the appropriate areas within the lockbox department andpreparing outgoing packages is also considered a production-oriented position which includes adherence to Client based service level agreement goals.
Primary Job Duties:
- Receive and sort incoming mail daily
- Scan incoming priority express certified and FEDEX packages as required
- Efficiently operate the automated MPS40 mail sorter
- Assist in researching and identifying the root cause regarding errors in the mailroom
- Meet mail-out deadlines including reviewing rejects before mail-out
- Ensure the timely delivery of mail to processors on the production floor
- Ensure the timely receipt of batches from the production floor for mail out
- Set-up mail bins for mailroom incoming and outgoing accounts
- Sort and stage completed lockbox batches intothe correct Client mail-out bin
- Monitor mail deliveries from the post office and courier pick-ups for timeliness
- Ensure all required reports are completed daily
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
- Interacts with management and staff to ensure Service Level Agreementsare achieved
- Training and Cross training others as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a H.S Diploma or GED
- Must have1 to 3 years of Lockbox experience or related experience
- Must have the basic skills to use a telephone. computer fax and/or adding machine as needed
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be detail oriented have good problem solving skills and accurately interpret information
- Must meet the physical demands of the job (constant: binding lifting twisting turning sitting and/or standing for long periods of time)
- Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production oriented environment
- Must have ability to stay until work is completed and work overtime as needed
