As a result the Regulator of Social Housing has lifted its previous notice recognising the significant improvements weve made.
Now with a 166 million regeneration of our Regina Road estate underway Croydon is building a future where safety customer service and resident-led change are at the heart of everything we do.

- Head of responsive repairs
- Head of compliance
- Head of fire and building safety
- Head of asset planning and capital delivery
