You will support store leadership in driving sales and team support and thrive in creating meaningful connections while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions. Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Assist in training and developing team members leading by example and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
- Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs providing personalized styling recommendations and contributing to achieving sales targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing store manager on duty visual merchandising floor sets inventory management and adherence to company policies.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience.
- Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization adjusting messaging to fit diverse audiences.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.

Qualifications
- 1 years of retail experience preferably in womens specialty retail or a strong sales customer-obsessed environment.
- Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
- Strong ability to support inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Extensive standing walking reaching bending pushing/pulling and maneuvering around store hang/fold merchandise ladder climbing operate POS registers and other company mobile devices occasionally operate trash compactor (where applicable) occasionally use a hand truck lift and carry up to 30lbs and ability to joint/team lift.
