Under general direction of the Contract Operations Supervisor/Manager responsible for accurately entering contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system. The ideal candidate for this position should have contract management experience and strong analytical skills. Expertise in handling large data sets and proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP systems is preferred.
Maintain supplier relationships and responsible for resolving contract price issues and performing root cause analysis.
Act as a key contact for internal teams GPO and manufacturers to ensure positive customer relationships for contract agreements. Attend external calls as needed.
Validate contract updates and make appropriate contract database system changes in SAP.
Oversee timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system.
Maintain exception reports and analyze pricing and membership information.
Perform analysis of contract discrepancies; identifies source of issue and decides the appropriate action needed to resolve the issue; complex issues may require the coordination of several internal departments and representatives from the supplier.
Partner with account managers/sales coordinators to review contract issues and resolve potential concerns.
Work with cross-functional business units to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and updates membership and pricing information.
Receive identify and resolve discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contract issues.
Attend customer contracts onboarding meetings and provide reporting as needed.
Act as a team player and be willing to provide additional support as needed by leadership.
Initiate and drive process improvement opportunities to drive cost effectiveness and efficiency.
Supporting pharmaceutical contract industry policies related to 340B Contract Pharmacy and Orphan Drug regulations.
Education and work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree program; normally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience.
