Your core responsibility will be to act as an integral development consultant / project leader in our Spare Parts Community worldwide. You will consult with our team of experts to define initiate and execute multiple improvement projects supported by our Subject Matter Expert for our customer centers around the world.
Responsibilities
- Executing and rolling out development projects with focus on data and processes in areas related to technology or supply chain.
- Measure performance and report on progress made against previously defined targets.
- Actively manage the change and engage process within project scope.
- Facilitate continuous improvement / lessons learned using project management tools.
- Define opportunities for project pipeline.
- Manage departmental continuous improvement program.
- Support Line management to make improvements successful.
- Initiates and leads the introduction of new processes and tooling within own department.
- Deal with new less specific and uncertain situations. If necessary takes calculated risks and initiatives in meeting.
What do we ask from you
- For this position we require
- A Bachelor or Master Degree (or equivalent through experience) technical field of study (e.g. Strategic Management Data Science Technical Business Management)
- Approximately 4 years experience in Project Management or consultancy
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
