Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Supporting the Finance & Adminstration Strategy Lead with all relevant activities such as successfully capturing and delivering value managing stakeholders evaluating product portfolios or developing implementing and monitoring the strategy
- Performing preparatory work for and reporting to the International Committee in coordination with the Strategy Lead
- Serving as a point of contact for management within designated department with regard to feedback concerning the Finance & Administration strategy and ensuring strategic alignment across departments
- Collaborating closely with the Strategy Lead
- Serving as a sparring partner for the Innovation Management Expert when identifying technological trends and business needs
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Bachelors or masters degree in business administration business informatics or a related field
- Structured independent and self-organised working style
- Very good business acumen and understanding of the organisations business goals strategies and industry trends as well as how to calculate and capture value
- Very good communication skills and ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with initial experience in qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Openness for change and ability to drive change actively
- Business fluency in English and German
