Were looking for a Back Office Employee (m/f/x) who enjoys both organizing and making calls. Youll be part of a fun driven and close-knit team that tackles each day with energy and teamwork!
What will you be doing
A varied role where youll:
- Double-check scheduled business appointments
- Call companies to confirm or reschedule meetings
- Handle administrative tasks while staying in constant contact with clients
- Contribute to smooth operations with your insight and focus
What do we expect from you
- Youre available for at least 28 hours per week
- Youre confident on the phone and enjoy a steady workflow
- You speak and write Dutch fluently
- You have MBO level (mid level of secundary education) of thinking and working
- Youre tech-savvy and experienced with MS Office
- Youre comfortable using multiple screens and switching between tools
- You can handle a fast-paced environment and solve problems with a positive attitude
- Youre a team player who loves working toward shared goals
