Deploy apps and services to the cloud (Azure AWS GCP) and maintain and evolve them.
Development of Robotics process automation solutions for various industries and verticals such as:
- SAP finance modules
- Finance Interaction Center (FIC)
- Citrix
- Clarify
- Etc.
Demonstrated a customer-centric approach advocating for the needs and priorities of business stakeholders while balancing technical constraints and project feasibility
- Early before development for business use case requirements validations
- Soon after development for UAT sign-off
- Latest for RPA bots performance evaluation with best-in-class hypercare service
Software Engineer 09/2018 - 01/2020 Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cairo
- Maintained software products including programs webpages and databases
- Exposed to a variety of customer verticals located in different geographies to offer software solutions that address different business challenges mainly vary between innovation educational financial and technology
