Description:
4 years of experience in application support and MS SQL Server administration.
Strong knowledge of T-SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 support environment
Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications.
Monitor application performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Manage application deployments patches and upgrades.
Maintain documentation for application configurations procedures and support guides.
Manage and maintain MS SQL Server databases (installation configuration upgrades).
Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures and triggers.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with internal policies.
Automate routine database tasks using scripts or tools.
Should have the knowledge of Migrations.
Basic Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies.
