Job Description and requirements:
- Coordinating with recruitment partner and other sources on end-to-end recruitment of 1 year / 2-year Apprentices with a frequency of Monthly quarterly half yearly and annually
- Liaoning with recruitment partner on end-to-end compliance activities related to Apprentice Board. Coordination with partner in ensuring establishment requirement are fulfilled & getting assignments filing returns claiming benefits ensuring training to apprentices take place with trainer & maintaining the information / supporting us in completing the Labour / inspection activities.
- End to end recruitment of Temps / 3rd party direct contract workforce / Trainees / Associates
- Yearly renewal of Temp employees contract and administering end to end HR admin activities
- Interns engagement coordination and HR admin activities
- End-to-end contract labor deliverables along with ensuring salary payments happens on time and statutory payouts to authorities by the vendor on time
- End to end Onboarding / HR admin / benefit admin / workforce admin activities for Associates Temps Apprentices Trainees Contract workforce
- Support us in completing quarterly Classroom Induction / Online induction to the New Joiners
- Query resolution for the above categories in AskHR / Face to Face along with tickets assignments
- Time & Attendance system support for India (new employee bio matric activation completing out pass process attendance monitoring etc.)
- Compliance activities on completing the ESIC returns Provident Fund Activities (Social Security) registration of Apprentices in the portal.
- Supporting us in providing the payroll inputs related above categories on a monthly basis
- Support us in the payroll audit process
- Coordination with supervisors and supporting them in delivering their requirements
