Final Assembly
Pay: $2230/hour
Location: Tulsa OK
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (occasional weekends as needed)
Job Type: Temp to Hire
We are currently seeking skilled individuals for Final Assembly positions with a global leader in high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. This company has over 60 years of experience serving industries such as power generation oil & gas and other heavy industrial sectors. The Final Assembly team is responsible for constructing and assembling heat exchangers to meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Final Assembly Role:
- Assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools.
- Install structural and drive components including motors and propellers.
- Interpret blueprints and assembly instructions accurately.
- Use fasteners and hardware appropriately.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly required.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
The Final Assembly role is fast-paced and industrial. The facility is not climate-controlled and may expose employees to loud noise dust and metal particles. PPE including hearing protection safety glasses and steel-toed boots is required. Must be able to stand for extended periods lift up to 50 lbs. bend kneel climb ladders and work with overhead components.
