Position Summary
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and conduct initial assessments to determine service needs gather essential client information and ensure accurate documentation for all interactions.
- Provide appropriate community resource information and referrals based on the callers presenting issues.
- Effectively manage and de-escalate crisis calls and initiate emergency intervention when necessary.
- Review and evaluate incoming referrals for additional services such as diagnostic assessments.
- Enter client and referral data into internal databases and systems used by Central Clinic and maintain up-to-date records accurately.

What We Value in our next Intake Specialist: Bachelors Degrees in related field and/or relevant experience 1-2 years experience in office work excellent computer skills ability to work effectively on a team good verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
