What youll do

The Roving Clinical Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality across a number of our homes. The Roving Clinical Care Coordinator will assist in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment while mentoring and coaching staff to foster a culture of excellence in care delivery.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

• Provide clinical leadership and coordination across assigned homes ensuring that person-centred care principles are adhered to.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident care to monitor progress identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Provide coaching mentoring and support to nursing and care staff to enhance clinical knowledge skills and performance.

What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Clinical Expertise:Demonstrated ability to manage complex care needs with previous senior clinical care experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on team development motivation and professional growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff residents families and external professionals.
• Flexibility to work across multiple homes adapting to different team dynamics and clinical needs.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of relevant aged care regulations standards and guidelines (e.g. Aged Care Quality Standards)

We would also love you to have:

• Ability to identify challenges and develop practical person-centred solutions.
• A strong commitment to promoting high-quality evidence-based clinical care practices.
• Experience in residential aged care or similar environments is highly desirable.
