Position Title: Commercial Account Executive

Location: Based in Colorado Springs.
Salary Range: $70000$90000 base (DOE) commission
Reports To: Commercial Sales Manager

What Youll Do:

  • Develop new commercial business relationships and expand existing accounts within your assigned territory
  • Educate clients on SERVPROs restoration and construction capabilities showcasing our full range of emergency and capital project solutions
  • Complete and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for key accounts establishing preparedness plans for potential disaster events
  • Identify and cultivate a Target 25 your top 25 priority accounts for long-term strategic development
  • Deliver one-on-one presentations with centers of influence (COIs) and key stakeholders to drive referrals and brand loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at industry events association meetings networking functions and continuing education courses
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experienceexperience in restoration construction or insurance industries strongly preferred
  • A hunter mentality with a strategic approach to account development and long-term relationship building
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with commercial property management senior living healthcare hospitality and/or multifamily verticals is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-starter who thrives independently and on a team
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems and reporting metrics
  • Local market knowledge of Southern Colorado and Colorado Springs.
