About the project:
Our customer is the leading school transportation provider in North America being the owner of more than a half of all yellow school buses in the United States. Every day the company completes 5 million student journeys moving more passengers than all U.S. airlines combined and delivers reliable quality services for 1100 school districts.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain test documentations
- Design develop and execute manual test cases for Mobile/Web applications
- Work with development teams to gather requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Execute test cases and report on results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test failures.
- Be middleware between manual QA team and automation QA team.
- Oversee the communication/cooperation of the manual QA team.
Requirements:
- 4 years of overall QA experience
- Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in designing and executing manual test cases test scenarios and test plans
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to identify and document defects accurately
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
