Were working with one of Sydneys most established and respected design studios to find a Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on a series of high-end hospitality and residential projects.
This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the National Head of Interiors where youll be trusted to run projects mentor a growing team and play a visible part in the ongoing success of a nationally regarded interiors practice.
The studio has been around for more than 60 years. Its well-known for its measured thoughtful approach to design and has built a reputation for delivering work that stands the test of time particularly in the hospitality residential and mixed-use sectors. Their interiors team works closely with a broader architectural studio with projects often running from early concept through to construction under one roof.

The studio is looking for someone who can:
Lead interior projects end-to-end managing design documentation and delivery
Confidently present to clients and consultants
Mentor and support junior designers within the team
Work closely with architecture and delivery teams to ensure consistency and quality
Bring a calm confident presence to the studio
Youll need:
A strong background in high-end hospitality and residential interiors
Solid leadership capability with experience guiding teams and projects
Proficiency in Revit
Confidence in both client-facing and internal team settings
Full working rights in Australia
