You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder the direct supervision of the Research and Development Administrator the purpose of the position is to promote DMMHAs Supportive Services Programs by working with local agencies businesses and Section 8/Public Housing families uniting service providers with families in need. Employees in this classification perform skilled work. Position is responsible for explaining program eligibility requirements; conducting workshops; matching participants with service providers; maintaining records; and preparing a variety of reports. Performs related work as required.
Designs and implements a self-sufficiency program for purposes of reducing or eliminating need for welfare assistance and/or assisting elderly resident population to continue to live independently in place in accordance with HUD guidelines. Responsible for all applicable program requirements including monitoring facilitation and reporting.
