Job Description

- Perform therapeutic massage therapy sessions (up to 90 minutes)
- Conduct one-on-one stretch therapy sessions using guided functional movement patterns
- Educate patients on flexibility posture and movement mechanics
- Maintain a positive service-minded attitude with all patients and staff
- Arrive in advance to prepare for sessions and ensure the treatment room is ready
- Follow up with patients who miss appointments
- Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness of equipment/therapy rooms
- Assist with scheduling stretch/massage sessions and general flow of patient care
- Valid California Massage Therapy License
- Experience with stretch therapy or assisted stretching techniques (FST PNF etc. preferred but not required)
- Customer service experience with one-on-one interactions
- Passion for health and wellness and commitment to delivering excellent care
- Willingness to work as part of an integrated healthcare team
