This is a full-time position at Subway in Marshfield WI. Our Subway on 2001 N. Central Avenue is looking for someone whos motivated reliable and enjoys working with people.
This position has a full benefit package as well as a competitive wage from $14.00-17.00 starting.
Whats this job
As an Assistant Manager youll perform various tasks assisting the Manager with the day to day operations of the restaurant to include:
- Recruit train and develop new associates
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Perform inventory management
- Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
- Prepare sandwiches to guest preferences
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
- Cashier and guest services
What you need:
- Previous management experience is appreciated
- Experience from other sandwich shops is a plus
