Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for verifying client insurance eligibility benefits coverage and processing client credit card payments as necessary for service provision. This role ensures accurate and complete data entry for insurance details and other client-related information for service delivery. The Client Services Coordinator will monitor operational reports to provide assistance to Renewal leadership aid in program compliance and carry out tasks that support the general needs of the agency.

What youll be doing

Generate correspondence reports and other related documentation
Maintain/update database
Generates correspondence reports and other related documentation.
Maintains/monitors client insurance information to ensure eligibility and benefits coverage for service provision.
Input credit card payment information into electronic system for commercial clients run the appropriate service co-pays within week of service and collaborate with the Finance department as needed.

Bachelors degree OR High School Diploma with equivalent amount of related experience
Be at least 21 years of age.
Demonstrate exceptional time management.
Can demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage multiple and changing tasks.
