UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Urology is seeking a full-time physician in Pediatrics.
The selected candidate will work with a highly specialized group of physicians providing comprehensive multidisciplinary family-focused urology care. Responsibilities will include both inpatient and outpatient urology clinical care at training institutions affiliated with UT Southwestern and at UTSW clinics and hospitals including Childrens Medical Center. The candidate will also be continuing research for our Pediatric lab.
The candidate must be an M.D. and must have completed a residency from an ACGME-accredited urology residency program. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. The candidate must have or be eligible for a Texas Medical Board license for this position.
This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215 which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information. To the extent this position requires the holder to research work on or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule.
