Job Description
- Implementierung des SAFe-Frameworks im Agile Release Train (ART) des GSN SuperSquad
- Moderation agiler Events auf ART-Ebene wie Program Increment (PI) Planning Scrum of Scrums Inspect & Adapt (I&A) Systemdemos und ART-Sync-Meetings
- Leitung der Agile/Scrum Master
- Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern um die Abstimmung zwischen Agile-Teams Verantwortlichen Produktmanagement und Fhrungskrften sicherzustellen
- Untersttzung des Produktmanagers bei der Verwaltung des Programm-Backlogs und der Sicherstellung der bersichtlichkeit und Aktualitt der Artefakte
- Untersttzung bei der Beseitigung von Hindernissen in den Teams
Qualifications :
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im agilen Programmmanagement davon mindestens 1 Jahr als RTE oder in einer vergleichbaren Fhrungsposition in einem SAFe-Umfeld
- Ausgeprgtes Verstndnis agiler Frameworks (SAFe Scrum Kanban Lean) und agiler Metriken
- Fhigkeit verteilte Teams zu leiten und komplexe Abhngigkeiten zu managen
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1)
Vorteil:
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)-Zertifizierung (oder gleichwertige Agile-Zertifizierung)
- Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
