The Role: Patient Administrator
Were looking for a proactive and personable Patient Administrator to join our team at the Cheshire Oaks. This is a 40 hours over 5 days per week role with some Saturday working required on a rota basis.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Youll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including:
Were looking for a self-starter someone who takes initiative anticipates what needs to be done and is proactive in getting things moving. Youll need to be confident working both independently and as part of our core admin team where constant communication with colleagues management and the clinical team is essential. Youll also be a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people and can put patients at ease - especially when they may be feeling anxious about their treatment.
