Knox Private Hospitalis one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbournes east and outer east.
This Hospital is a fully accredited tertiary facility with 334 beds providing Emergency Services Extensive Surgical Specialities 14 bed ICU 17 bed CCU Medical and a full range of Cardiac Services including two 24-hour Cardiac Catheter Laboratories.

As an ANUM your responsibilities will include:
Facilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement
Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners using a customer service mindset to enable high quality patientoutcomes.
Provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based.
Be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human financial and material resources
Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
Undertaking direct patient care as required
Mentoring of staff
Selection Criteria:
Current Registration with AHPRA
Working with Childrens check
Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable)
Experience in Scrub Scout/ Robotics specifically
Sound clinical knowledge
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
Positive role modelling behaviours
Excellent customer service focus time management and prioritisation

If you are successful you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses and Midwives Agreement 2021-2025
