Must meet Department of Early Childhood Education and Care requirements for childcare : Understanding of child development and ability to apply this knowledge in daily activities. Review and follow center policies including Health Care Policy Parent Handbook and Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention Policy. Maintain current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certifications. Complete all required trainings certifications and orientation as outlined by the MA Department of Early Education and Care and the YMCA of the North Shore Training Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
