Were hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinatorat our rental facility in Port Arthur TX and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction. As a Contract Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner and fact-checking them for compliance purposes. You may be asked to assist with other duties as needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities

• Champion safe job practices for repairing equipment

• Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably

• Be eager and able to fix nearly any piece of equipment

• Enjoy working directly with customers to solve their problems

• Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively

• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience (equipment sales experience is a plus)

• Youre a great listener and care about solving your customers problems

• Youre energized by building nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process

• You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
