Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-IQ high-EQ Enterprise Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment is a self-starter and has a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals. This role needs intellectual curiosity paired with outstanding interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing contracts with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify target and engage enterprise-level prospects within our ideal customer profile.

  • Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage deals from initial outreach to signed contract ensuring a seamless experience for prospects.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline providing visibility into deal progression and revenue projections.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing customer success and product teams to refine messaging and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle complex contract negotiations and secure long-term enterprise agreements.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.

  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value complex deals with Fortune 1000 clients.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.

  • Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience handling enterprise-level contracts.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and data-driven sales methodologies.

  • Background in building automation energy or SaaS sales is a plus.
