Job Description
The Health PhysicalEducation and Recreation (HPER) Programs at Lorain County Community College search for a Student Worker Welcome Desk role consists of being the first friendly point of contact for all participants accessing the facilities while serving themwith high quality customer servicewhile positively implementing HPER policies and addition the position includes working with other staff members as a team to perform the tasks necessary for the operation of the HPER facilities. The student worker will be responsible for greetinglogging all eligible participants in/out of the HPER facilities assisting with setting up rentals athletic events classes and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the HPER is a fast-paced environment with every day being different from the last. This position is a great way to gain real world experience in a college setting.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age enrolled student at LCCC with 6or more credit hours while maintaining a GPA of 2.0 and must be able to lift at least 30 pounds for setting up equipment for classes and facility rentals. Candidate must be reliable prompt detail-oriented possess proper phone manners computer literate neatly groomed courteous and must also have a willingness to receive instruction from several staff members.
